Yves Matton has been appointed Citroën Racing Team Principal with effect from 5th January 2012. He takes over from Olivier Quesnel, who remains Peugeot Sport Director. Xavier Mestelan Pinon has been appointed as Deputy Principal, in addition to his position as technical director.
Thierry Neuville, who is recognized as one of the rising stars in world rallying, will drive a Citroën DS3 WRC in the 2012 World Championship. The Belgian will race in a minimum of nine events.
